Description of Units
Units 1 and 3 are dorm-style rooms for individuals or groups. Each unit provides: a sleeping quarters with six built-in twin bunk beds, plus two extra twin mattresses; one bathroom with two showers and private toilet; one kitchenette adjacent to a small sitting room. (Unit 1 is handicap accessible.)
Unit 2 (Community Room) provides a full kitchen with dishwasher, utensils, dishes, coffee makers, pots & pans and a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. The living area has a large dining table, 3 long couches, two couch chairs, coffee table, TV, DVD&VHS players, a baby grand piano, a pool table, and extra fold-up chairs. Guests staying in Units 1&3 may request access to Unit 2.
Unit 4 is the upstairs left unit and provides 2 bedrooms with one queen bed in each bedroom; 1 full bathroom, and a full kitchen with stove, oven, refrigerator. It comes stocked with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, teapot, toaster, pots and pans and a microwave. This unit sleeps 5 people maximum. (Guests must request an additional twin mattress upon making their reservation). This unit also has a living room area with a Smart TV, couch and coffee table.
Unit 5 is the larger, upstairs middle unit and provides: two bedrooms. Bedroom one has 1 queen bed in it and bedroom two has 2 twin beds. This unit has a larger lounge area with two couches, and a TV with DVD player. There is also a dining table and chairs.
Unit 6 is the upstairs right unit and provides: two bedrooms; a kitchen with utensils, dishes, coffee maker, pots and pans; and one full bathroom. One bedroom has a queen bed, while the other room has 2 twin bunk beds. This unit has a small lounge area with one couch, a recliner, and a TV with DVD player. The kitchen counter has four stools for seating/meals.
*Payment is due at the time of booking in order for us to make and hold your reservation.
*FHL Cancellation Policy: Guests may receive a full refund if they cancel within 48 hours of booking and at least 14 days prior to the listing's local check-in time. After the initial 48 hours, guests are only entitled to a 50% refund regardless of how far the check-in date is.
*LOST KEY FEE IS $50.00. PLEASE MAKE SURE TO RETURN KEY BEFORE DEPARTURE.

Unit 1 - $35.00/night per guest, plus one time cleaning fee of $50.00* - minimum $100.00 per night when less than 6 people.
Unit 2 - (Community Room & Kitchen (no overnight guests) $100.00 a day for each day of use/access to the community room during your stay, plus one time cleaning fee of $50.00*
Unit 3 - Bunk Unit - $35.00/night per guest, plus one time cleaning fee of $50.00* - minimum $100.00 per night when less than 6 people.
Unit 4 - $135/night, plus one time cleaning fee of $50.00
Unit 5 - (single family- larger unit) - $150.00/night, plus one time cleaning fee of $50.00*
Unit 6 (single family) - $135.00/night, plus one time cleaning fee of $50.00*
*This is a one-time, per visit, fee for use/maintenance/cleaning.
For groups renting Units 1,2,3,4,5 & 6, our Maximum Occupancy is 31 guests, and the rate is $35/night per guest, plus the maintenance/cleaning fees of each unit used.
**We request up to a $250.00 deposit, in order to secure a retreat date (booking the whole lodge).

Units 1 is $35.00/per person per night plus a one time cleaning fee of $50.00 (minimum of $100.00/per night minimum if less than 6 people); it is a downstairs bunk-style unit with six, built-in, twin bunk beds, plus two extra twin mattresses; one bathroom with two showers and 2 sinks, a private toilet; one kitchenette adjacent to a living room area. (Unit 1 is handicap accessible.)
Unit #2 - Community Room & Kitchen
The Community Room (Unit 2) is located downstairs in the middle. It is $100.00 one time fee plus a one time $50.00 cleaning fee to use this room during your stay. It provides a full kitchen with a large refrigerator, dishwasher, utensils, dishes, coffee makers, pots & pans and a bathroom with toilet, sink, and shower. The living area has a large dining table, 4 couches, coffee table, TV, DVD & VHS players, a baby grand piano, and a pool table. Guests staying in Units 1 & 3 may request access to Unit 2.

Unit 3 is $35.00/per person per night plus $50.00 one time cleaning fee. (There is a minimum flat rate of $100.00 a night for less than 6 guests). This is a downstairs, dorm-style room with six, built-in, twin bunk beds. It provides 1 full bathroom with a private toilet, 2 showers, and 2 sinks. It also has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, microwave, toaster oven, and coffee maker. It has a living room area with chairs and a TV.

The kitchen counter has four stools for seating/meals.
FHL GUEST POLICIES
“NO SMOKING” and “NO PETS”, in or around all of our guest units.
Father’s Heart Lodge is a “DRY Campus”.
**Church on the Mountain and Father's Heart Lodge are not responsible for guests items that are lost, stolen, or forgotten. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
*There is a one time fee of $50.00 dollars for any keys that are lost or not returned when guests leave.
- No guests may sleep overnight in FHL’s Unit#2.
- Unmarried, co-ed guests must stay in separate units.
- From 8:00PM to 8:00AM, we ask that our guests keep the noise level down for guests, residents & neighborhood families.
- From 10:00PM to 6:00AM, we ask that our guests not be loitering/talking outside the building, on FHL property.
- A family resides in the house on the property so we ask that you respect our noise policies also for this reason.
- Parking is Free

Linen & Terry: Provided by Father's Heart Lodge. (We do not change out the linens or terry daily).
Towels: Please put only USED towels in a pile on the floor. Remember, do not mix the used sheets with the used towels. Please fold and return UN-USED towels to closet.
Laundry: The washer/dryer units on-site are not available for guest use.
Heaters: Our units heat up quickly. Please turn the heater DOWN while you are away. Please make sure the heater is turned OFF before you check-out.
A/C: FHL does NOT have air conditioning, however some units have a portable fan. A portable A/C window unit is available upon request if it is available.
Trash: There are large green trash bins inside the Pump house if you need to dispose of the trash in your unit. Curbside trash pick-up is at 8:00am on Fridays. DO NOT LEAVE ANY FOOD IN YOUR CAR.
Dishes: Make sure you wash any dirty dishes.
Recycling: We do not have curbside recycling, but there is recycling at the Crowley Lake General Store. You can take your glass, plastic and aluminum recyclables to the bins located at the front of the store.
General Store: (760) 935-4666. The Crowley Lake General Store is family owned and operated. They may have what you need. They also have fresh breads, pizza, breakfast burritos, croissants, frozen yogurt, salads, dinners and desserts, all made at the store. They even can cater your group/family meal, but call ahead!
Cell phones: There is ONLY Verizon cell phone coverage in Crowley Lake.
Internet: There is Wi-Fi available at FHL.
TV: There is a TV in every room, but no cable or local channels. Units have VHS or DVD players. Community Room/Unit 2. The community room is open to all units, unless it has been privately reserved. No guests may stay overnight in this unit.
Keys: You will pick up your key inside the unit or lock box. If your unit has a key code for the keypad you will be sent that information upon making your reservation.
Parking: If it snows, it is crucial that your car be moved so that the snow removal service has access to the lot. It is a seasonal hazard if the lot does not get plowed properly.
Directions: From the South: Take 395N, about 30 miles after Bishop. Exit Crowley Lake/Hilton Creek. Turn Left off of the on-ramp onto South Landing Road. After about a mile, turn Right at the stop sign onto Crowley Lake Drive. Make another Right turn at the second street, Aspen Terrace, and then make an immediate Left (after 25 yards) into our parking lot. (FHL & Parsonage are the first 2 buildings on the Left of Aspen Terrace.)
Winter Weather: It is the law that all vehicles carry chains even if your car is 4 wheel-drive. Also, when it is snowing the speed limit is 35 mph.
