There are several different ways you can request prayer from the folks at Church on the Mountain:

• If you are a member of COTM you can call our prayer chain by contacting Shirley Jackson or Kim Czeschin (their phone numbers are in the directory).
• You can fill out the prayer request form, at right, and send your request privately to our prayer team.
