Pastoral Team Leaders: Tom & Kandi Hovsepian

Tom and his wife Kandi recently moved back to Crowley Lake to join the leadership team of COTM, with Tom taking on the role of Pastoral Team Leader. Tom pastored Church on the Mountain from 1981-1985. He pastored Desert Christian Community Church in Thousand Palms, CA from 2007-2010. Tom and Kandi have four daughters, and six grandchildren. They love hiking, biking, cooking, and eating! Tom and Kandi are all about the three F's: Fun, Food, and Fellowship.

Associate Leader: Eric & Peggy Stovesand

Eric and his wife Peggy moved to Crowley Lake in 1994. Outdoor enthusiasts, they raised their three children in the Eastern Sierra's wonderful fishing, hiking, skiing, and snowboarding environment. Eric’s humor and grounded Biblical teaching have helped people over the years find God’s placement and calling on their lives. Eric and Peggy have three grown children and one grandchild.

Associate Leader: Tom & Kathie Griner

Tom Griner is a seasoned pastor. He and his wife Kathie are missionary evangelists who have been ministering for over thirty-five years. Tom is founder and president of Father’s Heart International, an organization dedicated to church planting through training and support of indigenous leaders. FHI also sponsors a hunger relief and education program for vulnerable children. The goal is to disciple a nation by planting churches and imparting destiny into the children. This ministry is focused on Africa. (www.fhafrica.org)

Griner earned a bachelor of science from Oral Roberts University 1973, a master of divinity from Anaheim School of Theology 1978, and a doctor of ministry from Oral Roberts University 1997. He is the author of three books, Wounded Continent: Partnering with the African Church to save the dying, Word of Knowledge: How to minister in revelation, and Uncovering Wild at Heart: Journey into the Therapeutic Gospel. Tom and Kathie have three grown daughters and one grandchild.

Elder: Brad Koehn

Brad is an accountant, and he and his wife Jill are the proud parents to five children. They have lived in the Eastern Sierra for many years.

Worship Leader: Bethany Hicks

 As a girl, Bethany would visit Mammoth Lakes with her family every summer. The love of the mountains captured her, and in 1996 she moved to Mammoth. Here, she met and married her husband, Mike, and together they have three outrageously fun, beautiful kids. Bethany's heart is to see Jesus lifted up and His people encounter His presence in authentic worship.

Intercession Ministry: Leyla Williams

Leyla and her husband Brad are the owners of The Looney Bean Mammoth Lakes, and are parents of Avi and Psalm.

Communications: Paula Friedrichsen

Paula manages the COTM website, Facebook page, and weekly email newsletter. She is a published author and conference speaker. Paula and her husband Jeff are the parents of an adult son and teenaged daughter.
